our company
Hill Professional Services Pty Ltd was established in May 2019.
Due to our small size and pragmatic approach, we are easy to hire and easy to work with.
This has ensured a steady stream of work since we started the business, all of which has come through referrals, with most clients returning with repeat business.
We are truly humbled by our clients’ trust and the work opportunities they have extended us.
We seek to pay this forward by:
embedding the transfer of skills and coaching into our engagements
taking up pro bono speaking and mentoring opportunities in our professional network
sharing insights and inspiration on our company blog and LinkedIn.
We are currently expanding our existing consulting services with a new coaching offer and educational products. Watch this space!

our collaborators
As a small business, we are very careful around the nature and size of the work we take on, to ensure that we can deliver on our promises.
On occasion, to meet demand or take advantage of certain opportunities, we team up with other like-minded consultants with complementary skillsets.
Our focus is always on providing a quality output to our clients, in the most efficient and effective way possible. As such, we are very selective about who we partner with to deliver client services.
We have a small number of Darwin-based partners that we work with and are always transparent about the subcontracting relationship with our clients.
our buy local policy - supporting the Northern Territory
We are proudly owned and operated by Territorians, with all profits retained in the NT.
We collaborate with other Territory consultancies in the provision of our professional services.
We give preference to Territory businesses when sourcing goods and services.
